Training  •  Authentic Muay Thai

TRAIN THE
REAL WAY.

Traditional Muay Thai, structured for every level, from your very first round to serious fight preparation.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH.

Every session is built around real Muay Thai training, adapted to your experience and your goals.

01

AUTHENTIC
GROUP TRAINING

Train alongside the camp: skipping, shadowboxing, padwork, bagwork, sparring and clinching, with trainers adjusting to your level throughout.

Best forFirst-timers, travelling visitors and regular practitioners.

02

PRIVATE
TRAINING

Focused one-to-one coaching with a trainer, built around technique correction, conditioning or preparation for your own goals.

Best forAnyone wanting undivided attention or faster technical progress.

03

FIGHTER
TRAINING

Higher-volume preparation alongside the professional Thai fighters of the camp, with the discipline and consistency that requires.

Best forExperienced athletes training seriously, by arrangement.

WHAT A SESSION
LOOKS LIKE.

The structure is the same every session, morning and afternoon. You will always know what is coming next.

01

SKIPPING

Rope work to warm up, loosen the legs and settle into the session.

02

SHADOWBOXING

Rounds on your own to find range, rhythm and clean technique before contact.

03

PADWORK

Rounds on the pads with a trainer, who tunes the intensity and combinations to your level.

04

BAGWORK

Heavy bag rounds for power, volume and repetition of what you just drilled.

05

SPARRING

Controlled, technical sparring. Partners are matched by the trainers; beginners are never thrown in unprepared.

06

CLINCHING

Clinch work in the ring, the knees, sweeps and control that sit at the very heart of authentic Muay Thai.

07

CONDITIONING

Optional bodyweight work at the end if you still have something left in the tank.

FOUR ROUNDS

Pad rounds run four minutes each. Four rounds as standard,

BEFORE YOU TRAIN.

WHAT TO BRING.

ClothingSportswear you can move in, shorts and a t-shirt are fine. Training is barefoot on the mats.

GearBring your own wraps, gloves and shin guards where possible. For hygiene reasons this is always better than borrowing.

WaterWater is available at the gym, but bring your own bottle too.

YourselfArrive a little before the session and tell the trainer your experience level and any injuries.

FACILITIES.

Showers & changingShowers and changing areas at the back of the gym.

ToiletsToilets are on site.

Drinking waterDrinking water is provided.

The gym itselfA working fighter camp: heavy bags, tyres, a full ring and mats that have seen decades of training.

TRAINING ETIQUETTE.

Listen to the trainers and do what they ask, when they ask it. Tell them about injuries before you start rather than halfway through a round. Spar to learn, not to win, the trainers match partners deliberately and will step in if the intensity is wrong. Women are asked to go under the bottom rope when entering and leaving the ring, following Thai custom. And remember you are training on temple grounds, treat them with respect.
